This place is situated in a peaceful area and the staff at the reception are super friendly and helpful. the room is spacious and comes equipped with all the essentials you'd need, like a TV and climate control, making your stay comfortable and convenient. 😉

The hotel complex includes all the amenities someone could be possibly interested in: all-inclusive buffet, a few swimming pools, a bar, a tavern, animation program, internal transport, entertainment for children, spa session. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the aria is quite, ca 15 min away from Kos city, the buffet is of excellent quality, the personnel is helpful and very friendly. As an example, we got accomodated and offered a drink while waiting for the reception procedures to be fulfilled, and as my girfriend was having a birthday, a special cake for her was prepared.

Outstanding food, flawless service and great view over the bay. Luxurious breakfast with variety of delicacies and helpful staff. Brand-new, updated rooms and clean good amenities. Quiet location in all the water park was good fun, original style building. Short walk to separate restaurants as well as a taxi easily booked in both directions.

clean rooms - great location. Loved grabbing some fries and brown chicken nuggets nearby. The staff were amazing - Ernest was our go-to guy for drinks! We made friends with the entertainment crew, and their music was so catchy we had to get the playlist. The complex was beautiful and the view of the city and sea was stunning. Free shuttle to Kos.

1) Food was good, every day was something different. For one week, when we was in this hotel food was really tasty and different. You need to try taverna Greek BBQ - really good and new taste comparing with other dishes. 2) Really spectacular views, especially during sunset. 3) Hotel car rental really comfortable, cheap - comparing with other prices in Kos town, and you can rent a car for 24hours for day price. 4) Club car drivers a very frendly.

In general we didn't like this hotel at all, they try to safe money everyvere and they lost in quality. So also will published big review about this hotel later. But here it some minuses: 1) Stuff are unfriendly. Barmens, reseption lady in day shift - is katastrofa. they never smile, alsways angry and they never will be on custumer side.... it pitty. For example we didn't get breakfest 10 min earlier day we are living, in reason that we can get food only in the time when cafe is open 2) To far away from the everything - sea,town. 3) Near the hotel - the are goat/sheep farm - so often in hotel territory smells not so good. 4) Taste of cocktails are realy bad... and in incredible row of people before the bar in the evenings - because it only one barmen in bar. 5) Animation are the same, good only for children 6) They have sea beach - it is worsted sea beach as I saw in my life.. 7) From fruits - only melon and watermelon, from sea food - 1 type of fish everyday and someday clams. 8) No possibility get usual meal in the outside, everything inside. Not fine when it to hot inside ( too hot in breakfast). 9) Never take lunch bag - it only huge bread with thin beacon - sandwich and bottle of water.

Friendly staff, nice view, tasty meal, beautifully and conveniently arranged area, cozy rooms, cozy terrace, there are a car rent, bike and motobike rent.

Bad smell in the room, hotel is very far from the sea and far to city center, any activities nearby. The animation team is inactive, not ingenious, so in the evenings there were so boring... If you are going to stay here in low season (in April), any shuttle goes to the sea, a distance to the sea about 2 km and to the Kos town 3,5 km. The last buss from hotel to Kos town 15.10. The location of hotel in Booked.net map is wrong!

The service here was excellent, and the location was peaceful; we stayed in a nicely updated double room with a garden view.

The alcohol drinks were really bad, even the beer wasnt good, so we always went out in the night to get a decent drink. This hotel is owned by a greek man, and althoug no that small, the feeling is that of a small hotel. The animation is not well organised like in the big hotels, in fact the atmosphere is not the same as a big hotel, were you find lots of things going on. I think I needs to invest more money in a good entertainment programme. The hotel is on a hill, 3km from the beach

The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. The family room is brand-new and has air conditioning and a hair dryer.

Cash-Only Payments: The only inconvenience we encountered was that the on-site facilities accepted cash only.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and always friendly. The suite that we stayed in was nice and cleaned daily. The air conditioner sufficiently cooled the room. The all inclusive nature of the hotel was very relaxing and the food that was served was tasty and varied from day to day. The pool bar serves snacks(hot dogs, sandwiches, ice cream, and pizza) when the restaurants are closed. The location of the hotel is a ways away from the beach but the free resort shuttle and close proximity to the bus stop made it very easy to reach the beach or Kos city. The hotel also provides a cart to help you get up the hill if you need it.

The only reason someone should not stay at this hotel is if they are looking to party. From 10:00-18:00 you can only get wine, beer(mythos, quite good), or ozo and after 23:00 drinks are no longer free. The location of the hotel would also make it difficult to get back after a night on the town.----------- For everyone else the only negative is that the "private beach" needs some work. There are free loungers and umbrellas but they have seen better days. It is worth the 5 euro to walk down a little ways and rent some nicer loungers. Also, the pools at the resort close at 18:00 everyday for cleaning.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking both the city and the glistening sea. The hotel had a multitude of pools, offering a variety of options for relaxation and enjoyment. My room was incredibly spacious, with air conditioning and a TV, making it a comfortable and pleasant retreat. The beds were also incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The free Wi-Fi provided was great for checking emails and finding information, though it may not be suitable for heavy work or streaming media. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a smile and willing to help with any request. The food selection was enjoyable, offering a mix of Greek and international dishes.

I would highly recommend this luxurious hotel to all my friends. The location on the mountain side provided a stunning backdrop for my stay.

The tranquility, the design of the resort.

As the resort is isolated the entertainment provided by Palmera Club was dreadful! The hotel should look at employing their own entertainers rather than bingo night after night and the same boring games. Drinks were always warm and not fizzy!

Excellent value for money. Very nice staff. Many services and facilities. The food is not a reason to come by itself, but the choice is always very wide and the ingredients fresh.

Mosquitoes are a real hassle. Do not forget a body lotion or some kind of electric burner. The hotel is quite away from everything: if you do not want to depend on the public transportation timetable you'd better renting a scooter or an electric aided bike.
